1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Skye Dreams provides professional drone light show entertainment services. Our shows are subject to FAA regulations, weather conditions, and venue approval. Specific terms for each engagement will be outlined in your service agreement.

3. Booking and Payment

• A deposit is required to secure your event date
• Final payment is due before the event as specified in your contract
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes
• Custom design fees may apply for complex formations

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary based on timing:

• More than 60 days before event: Full deposit refund minus administrative fee
• 30-60 days before event: 50% deposit refund
• Less than 30 days before event: Deposit is non-refundable

5. Weather and Force Majeure

Drone shows are weather-dependent. In case of unsuitable conditions (wind gusts exceeding 25 mph, rain, dense fog, or other unsafe conditions), we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided minus any non-recoverable costs.

6. FAA Compliance

All our operations comply with FAA Part 107 regulations. We obtain necessary waivers and authorizations for each show. Venue and timing may be subject to FAA approval.

7. Liability

We maintain comprehensive liability insurance for all our operations. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All custom show designs, choreography, and content remain the intellectual property of Skye Dreams unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to display the show at their event.

9. Media Rights

We may photograph or video record shows for our portfolio and marketing purposes. Please inform us in advance if you have privacy requirements for your event.
